collaborative
unions, static
friendship, i remember ryan helping out in times of
need with winery
job for
wages of sustanence a few falls past. now this unsure
firing into
static
corners and unknown roads, it's good to have allies
especially with
music,
so release, release release, trying to get stuff done,
preparing for
unfolding of new days, new countries, to study guitar
in the gambia for
a
few months. the chaotic light of dakar awaits. so
in the mean time,
a few
shows enroute to flint michigan to drop off a car for
my dad julius, 85
station wagon caprice, the insurance just expired,
feeling uneasy about
no
heater and no radio going through mountains and lonely
texas plaines..
hitting 5 stairs on unicycle with greater accuracy and
precision, some
footage in the works soon, ready to learn lots of
lessons from any
other uni
riders out there. |
Santa Barbara by way of Seattle by way of Chicago by way of Flint, Michigan. Phil Taylor will be hanging out here at Fort Gezeppi for a while, and then will probably keep on on moving. Phil was one of the founding members of Chicago's now defunct Volta Do Mar. An inspiration to all who cross paths with him, Phil seems to come through with a batch of songs at every stop along the way. Phil's solowork and his collaborations blow my mind. A man and his guitar? fuck that. This ain't no singer/ songwriter bullshit. Phil led the team in tackles with 168, quarterback sacks(14.5), and forced 5 fumbles.
